The Opportunity

DiviCore Energy Services is building a specialized division order and revenue support firm focused on serving oil \& gas operators across Texas. We are seeking an experienced Division Order professional who takes pride in accuracy, ownership, and solving complex ownership and revenue challenges.

This role is designed for someone who has worked inside an operator or service firm and is looking for a more dynamic environment with direct impact, exposure, and growth.

This is not a back\-office processing role. You will be trusted to think, solve problems, and contribute at a high level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and support division order workflows, including tracking, preparation support, and issue resolution
• Work through ownership questions, discrepancies, and data challenges
• Support owner relations and assist in resolving inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Organize and improve ownership and revenue data across client systems
• Assist with onboarding new clients and structuring workflows for efficiency
• Participate in client discussions where technical knowledge is required

What We’re Looking For

• 5\+ years experience in:
• Division Orders
• Revenue Accounting
• Owner Relations
• Strong understanding of:
• Net Revenue Interest (NRI)
• Ownership structures and title impact
• Division order processes and common pitfalls
• Experience working with operator systems (PakEnergy, OGSYS, WolfePak, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments
