Sales Operations Support Specialist

Overview : The Sales \& Operations Support Specialist will be the operational backbone of the sales team. This role manages order flow, customer account setup, retailer portals, invoicing, pricing accuracy and cross\-functional coordination with Finance, Supply Chain, and our broker partners. This person ensures our customers get the right products, at the right time, with accurate data and flawless execution. This is a remote role with preference for candidates experienced in food CPG, broker networks and distributor/B2B order management.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing \& Customer Management*

● Manage daily customer orders (EDI and non\-EDI)

● Confirm order receipt, pricing, promotions, ship dates and shortages

● Process invoices, billing, credits and payments

● Maintain accurate customer data across systems

• Broker \& Distributor Coordination*

● Communicate updates on shorts, allocations and delivery timing

● Work closely with Broker Administrative teams on new items, promotions, and retailer setup

● Support onboarding of new distributors and retailers

• Item \& Customer Setup*

● Setup new customers and new items through broker/customer portals (UNFI, KeHE, Retail Link, 1WorldSync, etc.)

● Maintain accuracy of item specs, pricing, packaging, UPCs, GTINs

• Trade Spend \& Pricing Accuracy*

● Validate pricing, deals, trade promotions

● Track deduction\-related information

● Escalate pricing discrepancies proactively

• Cross Functional Collaboration*

● Effectively work with Finance on billing and payments

● Work with Supply Chain on inventory availability and forecasting needs

● Provide sales support reporting as needed

Qualifications

Required

● 2\-4 Years experience in food CPG or consumer goods

● Experience with retailer or distributor portals \- new account setup, EDI

● Strong order management, invoicing and billing systems experience

● Excellent attention to detail and communication and collaboration skills

● Understanding of Logistics Systems and Processes

Preferred

● Experience with GS1, 1WorldSync, Retail Link / Kroger / UNFI / KeHE

● Trade spend or deductions

● Brokers (Acosta, Advantage, Presence, etc.)

● Experience supporting a national or emerging CPG brand

● Experience handling customer inquiries

Pay: $80,000\.00 \- $85,000\.00 per year
