About This Role
Scope of Role =================
The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of data analysis and the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations that enable sales organizations to make informed decisions. They will understand sales methodologies and revenue systems and have an ability to drive efficiencies within the overall sales process through collaboration with key stakeholders including Regional Sales Leaders, Marketing, Product Management, and Human Resources.
During the first 90 days, a successful develop deep understanding of Tait Sales processes and the newly implemented CRM, while supporting data analysis, executive reporting, and revenue insights. The role will take ownership of key operating rhythms and planning processes, including annual planning, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), leadership offsite coordination, and broader cross\-functional forums. The role will also contribute to strategic analysis and performance reporting to support informed decision\-making and drive alignment.
Functional Outcomes
- Understand and map the end\-to\-end customer revenue journey at Tait.
- Identify the required data to enable the efficient management of the revenue cycle as well as enable sales teams to succeed.
- Identify and lead implementation of technology required to enable the sustainable growth of revenue at Tait.
- Identify Sales processes and methodologies required to enable sustainable growth.
- Share best practices within global bid management teams.
- Creation and maintenance of insightful reports, dashboards, workflow rules and sharing rules.
- Be capable in analytics tools required to support Sales and deliver data to regional sale leaders to assist in their decision making and visibility of progress.
- Perform all tasks related to the day\-to\-day operations of Tait's CRM as well as other tools, including managing users, creating and maintaining custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, maintenance of page layouts, and support of app exchange applications.
- Develop and execute mechanisms used to manage the business. Help identify and implement new CRM features and functions in response to business needs.
- Respond to issues or questions from users throughout the organization, resolve technical and functional support issues, manage data loads, review data quality and provide training on new features and functionality.
- Create feedback loops to Sales Leadership on friction points so that they may be alleviated and help desk case load consistently reduced.
- Perform daily reviews of user and system errors, correcting or escalating as appropriate.
- Define and develop key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives.
- Support annual planning activities and develop actionable insights.
- Develop relationships and processes with sales, finance, HR, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting requirements.
Success Requirements ========================
- College Degree in Business related discipline 3\+ years Management experience.
- 5\+ years deep experience with CRM tool; preferably Hubspot
- Deep Project Management Experience.
- Extensive experience with Excel and working with large data sets.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to build clear, executive ready presentations
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Business Insights \& Analytics, Finance.
- Proven experience working with sales systems and analytical tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
- Experience gathering business requirements, defining an implementation plan and orchestrating an update to CRM is required.
- Expert knowledge in one or more functional areas such as Enterprise Planning, Sales Productivity and Readiness, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations.
- Position requires exceptional people skills with the ability to effectively interact and work with diverse personalities.
- Experience working with CPQ or pricing/quoting systems desirable
- CRM certification (Salesforce or equivalent) preferred
