The Butterfly Effect is a luxury hair salon and beauty brand built on the belief that great hair changes how a woman feels about herself. We offer high\-end hair services and sell premium hair products through TBE Collections. We're growing fast, and we need someone who can grow with us.

What this job actually is

This is a hybrid role, part operations, part brand management. You'll be the person who keeps the salon running and the brand moving. When a client walks in, the day runs smooth because of you. When an order needs to go out, you made sure it was packed and ready. When content needs to go up, you captured it, edited it, and scheduled it. When something unexpected comes up. you handle it without waiting to be told.

What you'll do

On any given day, you might be

  • Managing client check\-ins and keeping the schedule flowing
  • Tracking and restocking inventory (bundles, closures, frontals, retail products)
  • Packing and organizing customer pickup and fulfillment orders
  • Keeping the salon environment clean, stocked, and professional
  • Capturing behind\-the\-scenes content — installs, daily moments, product shots — for social media
  • Solving small problems before they become big ones
  • Building and managing the brand's website providing updates, product listings, and general upkeep
  • Managing administrative tasks: vendor coordination, supply ordering, and day\-to\-day logistics

Brand \& marketing responsibilities

  • Planning, creating, and scheduling content across all TBE social media platforms
  • Capturing behind\-the\-scenes moments of installs, product shots, daily events for social media
  • Editing photos and short\-form video content to match the TBE brand aesthetic
  • Running paid ads (Meta, Instagram, YouTube , or TikTok) to grow reach and drive sales
  • Building and managing email marketing campaigns and growing the subscriber list
  • Monitoring social engagement and responding to comments and DMs in a timely, on\-brand way
  • Tracking performance metrics and providing feedback

Who you are

  • Salon, retail, or administrative experience is a plus
