Creative Enablement Lead

The Creative Enablement Lead is an experienced individual contributor and leader on the Ergodyne Creative Team, focused on scaling creative support through optimized workflows, technology and team development. With strong hands\-on expertise, the Creative Enablement Lead supports design execution as needed by refining deliverables and ensuring all assets align with brand standards and production requirements.

In close partnership with the broader marketing team, this role enables excellence on the creative team by identifying gaps in creative capabilities and production processes, exploring emerging tools and managing key vendor relationships.

This role helps translate big ideas into measurable business results while maintaining sharp attention to detail from concept through final execution. The role reports to the Senior Group Art Director and requires in\-office collaboration Monday through Wednesday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.

You have already accomplished (required)

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience
• 7\-10\+ years of professional experience in a creative or production leadership role
• Proficient with Mac platform using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Systems
• Strong track record of collaborating with marketing, product, UX/UI and external teams

You may have already accomplished (preferred)

• Professional video/photography experience
• Proficiency in HTML
• Experience using online project management tools and CRM
