Influence hiring, onboarding, training, and performance strategies.

Identify gaps, proactively solve problems, and create scalable processes that support growth.
As out Business Operations Leader, you won't simply manage day\-to\-day performance, you will help define how the business operates. From systems and structure to team alignment and execution, your impact will be felt across every location.
Key Responsibilities
Operations \& Leadership
Lead business operations across four salons, maintaining full visibility into performance, trends, and clear communication.
Drive operational standardization and efficiency while fostering a strong, consistent culture across all locations.
Business Operations Execution
Oversee day\-to\-day operational infrastructure across all locations, including systems for services, pricing, and scheduling.
Ensure consistent execution of processes that support both the team performance and guest experience
Manage and optimize booking systems, workflows, and operational tools.
Guest Experience \& Communication
Oversee high\-volume guest communication across phone, text, and social platforms.
Ensure seamless booking, scheduling, and exceptional client experience
Support front desk operations and elevate service standards across all locations
What We're Looking For
2\-4 years of experience in business or operations management, preferably in a multi\-location or service\-based environment
Associate Degree Required
Strong operational and systems\-thinking mindset, with experience managing data, tools, or platforms
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead across multiple teams and functions.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
A builder mindset, someone who thrives on creating structure, improving systems, and driving results.
Adaptability and comfort working in a growth\-focused, evolving company.
Compensation
Salary: $50,000 per year
Pay: $50,000\.00 per year
