Marketing \& Operations Coordinator

Position Overview

NextHome Coastal Luxury Realty is seeking a highly organized, creative, and driven Marketing \& Operations Coordinator to support the growth and daily operations of our luxury real estate brokerage. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and is passionate about branding, marketing, and delivering a high\-level client and agent experience.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing \& Branding

  • Manage and execute brokerage and agent social media content
  • Create marketing materials for listings, events, and brand campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communications
  • Assist agents with personal branding and marketing initiatives

Operations \& Administrative Support

  • Support daily brokerage operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain systems, processes, and internal organization
  • Assist with client communication and follow\-up as needed
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications

Event Planning \& Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brokerage events from start to finish
  • Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and event logistics
  • Support client appreciation events and community outreach initiatives

Leadership \& Growth Support

  • Work closely with the Broker and leadership team to implement vision and direction
  • Assist in executing new initiatives, systems, and growth plans
  • Bring creative ideas to improve efficiency, marketing, and overall brokerage growth

Community Engagement \& Networking

  • Represent the brokerage at local events and networking opportunities
  • Build relationships to promote brand awareness and community presence

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Creative with experience in social media and marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Self\-motivated, proactive, and solutions\-oriented
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
