About the role

· Supporting the sales team with collecting client materials

· Managing advertising and sponsorship fulfillment across TMR, LTR, and Travel Market Place events

o Deploying client dedicated emails

o Implementing, testing, and tracking client banner ads

· Tracking campaign deliverables and ensuring all client commitments are executed on schedule

· Coordinating with editorial, marketing, and events teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

· Preparing and delivering monthly post\-campaign recap reports and client performance summaries

· Managing advertiser databases and maintaining accurate client records

· Assisting with pre\-event logistics and on\-site event execution

· Traveling to Travel Market Place conferences and other industry events as required

· Assisting with the scheduling and publishing of social media content across TMR, LTR, and event channels

· Supporting paid social media campaigns and audience development initiatives

· Monitoring social media performance and preparing engagement reports

Qualifications \& Skills

Required Skills

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

· Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work independently

· Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments

· Willingness to travel to conferences and industry events as required

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Hospitality, Travel \& Tourism, or a related field

· Experience managing social media accounts for a business, organization, or student group

· Experience with email marketing platforms

· Familiarity with digital advertising and campaign reporting

· Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar creative tools

· Interest in media, events, marketing, or the travel industry

Requirements

  • 1\-2\+ years graphic design experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Experience designing print and digital marketing materials
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint design and presentation best practices
  • Basic understanding of print production, layouts, and file setup
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to receive feedback and grow design skills

Nice To Have

· Experience with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Act\-on)

· Basic knowledge of web design or digital ad specs
