Company: TraxNYC Corp — Diamond District, NYC Job Type: Full\-Time, In\-Office (64 W. 47th Street, NYC) Schedule: 40 hours/week, standard 5\-day work week. Live auction schedules require flexibility — some shifts will fall on evenings and/or weekends depending on show times. Exact schedule discussed during interview.
We're building something new — and we need someone sharp to help run it. TraxNYC is launching a live\-selling division on TikTok and eBay Live, auctioning jewelry starting at $1\. This isn't a "maintain the status quo" job — it's ground\-floor, and the person who takes it will help shape how it runs as it grows. We need a fast, detail\-obsessed Operations Coordinator to own the full order lifecycle — from listing creation through delivery and customer follow\-up.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings on TikTok Shop and eBay for live auction inventory
- Pull and stage inventory ahead of each live show; keep real\-time stock counts accurate to avoid overselling
- Process orders promptly after each live, ensuring accurate invoicing and payment matching
- Pack and ship orders in a timely manner, meeting platform shipping deadlines
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues (delays, lost packages, damage claims)
- Respond to customer messages and questions across both platforms — sizing, materials, order status, etc.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and adjustments professionally and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain seller ratings/feedback on both platforms
- Act as a backup live\-chat moderator during shows, answering buyer questions in real time
- Coordinate with shipping/insurance partners on claims or discrepancies
- Provide basic sales reporting after each live (units sold, revenue, sell\-through rate)
Qualifications
- Experience with e\-commerce order fulfillment, customer service, or retail operations
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and/or eBay seller tools a plus, but not required — training provided
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders/messages simultaneously
- Comfortable in a fast\-paced, live\-selling environment where speed and accuracy both matter
- Basic knowledge of jewelry (metals, gemstones, sizing) a plus
- Strong written communication for customer\-facing messages
- Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends as live show schedules require
Nice to Have
- Experience in jewelry or luxury goods retail
- Experience with live shopping platforms (Whatnot, ComeSell, etc.)
