The Sales Enablement Manager is the custodian of the Earth brand standard within the sales organization, responsible for standardizing excellence in communications and compliance. You will own the end\-to\-end success of the Sales Team—from recruiting and training to ongoing quality assurance and regulatory adherence—to ensure every Care Advisor reflects the high standard of the Earth brand in every family interaction.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Quality Assurance for Written and Verbal
Communications
● Develop and implement specialized tools to monitor and increase the quality of communications across the sales team.
● Analyze trends to develop additional training resources that address objections, refine talk tracks, and ensure our approach evolves alongside family feedback.
2\. Training \& Enablement Standardization/ Facilitation
● Curriculum Ownership: Maintain the Sales Knowledge Base in Notion, including playbooks for At\-Need (AN), Immediate\-Need (IN), and Pre\-Need (PN) product lines.
● Sales Training: Own training for Care Advisors and AN\-IN Funeral Directors, the Family Services Specialist role (tours and support), and support new Business Development initiatives (e.g., hospice and partner outreach).
● Ongoing Education: Facilitate weekly training sessions and team meetings to share best practices and foster team culture across different sub teams within the sales organization.
3\. Recruiting \& Onboarding New Care Advisors
● Mock Sales Calls: Conduct mock sales calls as a standardized, crucial screening aspect of the interview process.
● Onboarding Ownership: Update training materials, manage the schedule for new hires, and facilitate onboarding sessions. We bring on a new sales class every quarter or so, and this person will be responsible for running their onboarding, including a week\-long in\-person training session (regular travel and a desire to help facilitate in\-person events is required for this role).
4\. State Licensing Compliance
● Insurance Licensure: Direct the resident and non\-resident Life Insurance licensing process for all Care Advisors via Kaplan curriculums.
● Funeral Industry Compliance: Manage the acquisition and curriculums of state\-specific funeral director and arranger licenses (e.g., Nevada Arranger, CA Arrangement Counselor Certification, MD NOR certification).
● Audit Readiness: Reference the License Requirement Matrix and ensure no unlicensed individual engages in regulated "arrangement" discussions.

- Productivity, Sales Operations, Sales
- Training or Education.
- Industry Knowledge Prior experience in Technology or
- Insurance is highly preferred.

- Technical Proficiency Advanced mastery of HubSpot CRM,
- Notion, and Claude is crucial.
- Licensing Expertise Familiarity with state insurance/funeral board regulations is appreciated.
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Head of Sales.
Proposed Compensation
Total OTE: $115,000\-$145,000
Pay: $115,000\.00 \- $145,000\.00 per year
