Marketing & Sales Operations Coordinator (Reptile / Animal Care)

About This Role

TGI is a growing, specialized reptile breeding and e\-commerce business looking for a reliable, very detail\-oriented Marketing \& Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hands\-on, on\-site role for someone who enjoys working with animals, creating visual content, staying organized, and keeping sales and customer communication running smoothly.

You will lead marketing and sales execution and support our Animal Care Operations Manager with animal care.

What You’ll Be Responsible For (Primary Duties)

Marketing \& Content

Photograph small lizards for sale and social media

Edit photos and videos for listings and posts

Post animals for sale on our website and online marketplace

Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Prepare email campaigns and blog posts

Animal Care Support

Assist with animal care and feeding as directed by the Animal Care Operations Manager

Feed insects and help with routine support tasks

Sales \& Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly

Log sales and maintain internal spreadsheets

Plan shipping details and communicate with customers

Who We’re Looking For

Comfortable working hands\-on with reptiles and feeder insects

Highly reliable and organized

Detail\-oriented with strong follow\-through

Basic photo/video editing skills (or willingness and aptitude to learn)

Good written communication skills

Able to follow established processes consistently

Experience in e\-commerce, marketing, retail, or animal care is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.

$20\.00–$23\.50/hour depending on experience
