Peptide Training & Sales Enablement Expert (Remote)

About This Role

We are looking for a deep\-domain Peptide Expert to bridge the gap between complex science and high\-performance sales. Your goal is to turn our sales team into subject matter experts capable of discussing FDA\-approved peptides with authority, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Training: Conduct intensive remote workshops to educate sales reps on the mechanisms, benefits, and clinical context of FDA\-approved peptides.
• Content Creation: Develop "cheat sheets," training decks, and FAQs that simplify complex biochemistry into actionable sales knowledge (for internal and educational use only)
• On\-Call Support: Act as the go\-to technical resource for the team to answer high\-level questions and clarify scientific nuances.
• Compliance Guidance: Ensure the team understands the regulatory landscape to avoid non\-compliant claims.

Requirements

• Subject Matter Expertise: Proven background in Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related clinical field with a focus on peptide therapeutics.
• Sales Enablement Exp: Ability to translate "lab talk" into "sales talk" without losing scientific integrity.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of FDA\-approved peptide medications and U.S. pharmaceutical compliance.
• Communication: Exceptional teaching and presentation skills for a remote environment.

Deliverables

• A structured "Peptide Training Bootcamp" for new and existing sales staff.
• A comprehensive library of educational materials (PDFs, Videos, or Slides).
• Weekly Q\&A sessions to address real\-world sales scenarios and objections.

Compensation

Project\-Based Pay: We are open to a fixed\-fee contract for the delivery of a complete "Sales Enablement Package" (Curriculum \+ Training Materials \+ Initial Workshops\+ QA with sales).

Pay: $1,500\.00 \- $2,500\.00 per month
