Join our dynamic Business Operations Service Support team as an Intern and contribute to managing daily operational challenges for our valued customers and sales teams. This exciting opportunity will allow you to collaborate with North America Sales, and TSMC Headquarters in Taiwan, providing critical support for order management and delivery schedules, while also playing a key role in improving our internal knowledge management platform and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

As a Business Operations / Service Specialist Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our daily business operations and efficiency initiatives, including:

  • Operational Enhancement \& Knowledge Management:
  • Refine existing Customer Service (CS) user manuals and upload them to our internal knowledge management system for centralized control and improved accessibility.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for CS teams on effective utilization of documentation and the knowledge management system.
  • Generate new user manuals and documentation as required, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and develop innovative tools or solutions (e.g., using scripting, database queries) to improve the knowledge management system's accessibility, search functionality, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive SDCR (Sales Debit/Credit Requisition) documents for management approval, ensuring all necessary details and justifications are included.
  • Follow\-up on idle mask and advanced packaging materials disposition.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Applicants must be current rising juniors or seniors working towards a Bachelor’s degree, or pursuing a Master’s degree, in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related analytical field.
  • Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive problem\-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions; experience with scripting, database queries (e.g., Python, SQL), or other tools for process improvement is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create clear and concise documentation and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Detail\-oriented, highly organized, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Semiconductor Industry, Products, and Market trends.
  • Preferably some related experience through previous internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework in operations, supply chain, technical writing, or knowledge management.
  • Experience working with large datasets, refining procedures, or streamlining operational workflows in a business context.
  • Basic understanding of export regulations or international logistics.
  • A GPA of 3\.0 or above is preferred.
  • Conversational proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Experience or coursework in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management is a plus.
