Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, versatile, proactive, and highly organized Marketing, Administrative, and Sales Support Specialist to support the strategic growth of the Seni® brand in the US market. This is a hybrid role that bridges the gap between creative marketing coordination, customer \& sales team support, and day\-to\-day business administration.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management \& Marketing Coordination
- Act as a central point of contact with our European headquarters and the Seni global brand office on joint initiatives (product packaging, catalogs, websites, etc)
- Design various marketing assets (flyers, digital banners, presentations, etc.) to rapidly support our field sales representatives in their day\-to\-day work.
- Manage the roll\-out and tracking of multi\-channel marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness.
- Register and keep track of participation, memberships, and operational logistics for all state and national trade shows; collaborate closely with the attending sales team members to ensure seamless execution and smooth event participation.
- Monitor the online sales of the Seni® brand across major internet marketplaces to ensure strict compliance with our Online Dealer Network Program and pricing policies.
- Maintain and routinely update the Seni® brand page on Amazon to ensure accurate product listings, high\-quality images, optimized A\+ content, and a premium customer experience.
Sales Team \& Client Support
- Work closely with sales leadership on varied sales and marketing initiatives.
- Partner with major B2B accounts to design, implement, and track targeted promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Support clients by providing high\-quality product imagery, descriptions, and promotional resources as needed.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound calls; provide accurate product information, guide customers on where to purchase, update the field sales team as needed, resolve customer complaints efficiently and in accordance with company policy.
- Constantly monitor market prices, emerging trends, and competitor activities to build and maintain comprehensive competitive analysis presentations.
- Conduct market and category research to identify prospective B2B online clients, making initial outreach to warmly introduce the Seni® brand.
Operations \& Administration
- Centralize partner sales data and generate critical reporting pipelines for the sales management team.
- Keep all corporate forms, price lists, technical data sheets, product registrations, and logistics details up to date.
- Assist with routine office administration tasks and seamlessly step in to cover mandatory tasks (such as processing client orders or sample fulfillment) as needed, for example, during a teammate’s PTO.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a closely related field.
- Technical Software Skills: Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, G\-Suite, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency or proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Work Ethic \& Professionalism: A proven "can\-do" attitude.
- Organization: Superior prioritization skills—you know how to balance long\-term creative projects alongside immediate operational demands.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast\-paced, dynamic, and evolving small\-office environment.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
