About the Role
Uber for Business (U4B) is looking for analytically minded and highly motivated undergraduate students to join our Sales Operations team as interns this summer (12 weeks). This team plays a key role in driving sales effectiveness, optimizing GTM strategies, and supporting data\-driven decision\-making for our B2B sales organization.
In this role, you will work closely with sales, enablement, and strategy teams to analyze sales trends, enhance workflows, and develop insights that drive business growth. This is a great opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in sales analytics within a fast\-paced tech environment.

What You'll Do:* Analyze sales data and performance trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Support forecasting, book of business building, and other projects for the sales operations team.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including Sales, Strategy \& Planning, Finance, and Marketing, to drive operational improvements.
- Conduct deep\-dive analyses to assess the success of sales initiatives and recommend data\-backed improvements.
Basic Qualifications:* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (graduating between December 2025 \- June 2026\).
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with an interest in using data to drive business decisions.
- Ability to interpret and present data\-driven insights clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:* Previous experience in sales operations, strategy, consulting, or data analytics.
- Familiarity in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Salesforce Analytics, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast\-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Self\-motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic, high\-growth setting.

The Uber for Business (U4B) plays a crucial role in driving sales effectiveness, optimizing go\-to\-market strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency across our B2B business.
For New York, NY\-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD$30\.00 per hour. US interns are eligible for comprehensive health coverage, life and disability insurance, and additional benefits. They are also eligible for paid time off.
