About This Role
UTTR is a fast‑growing, fully remote team that helps B2B SaaS companies optimize their revenue operations through strategy, technology, and data. We work with diverse clients—ranging from startups to scaling tech brands—to build clean, scalable revenue processes in platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce. What You’ll Do
- Work closely with our RevOps team to set up and maintain revenue‑focused workflows, automations, and reporting in our CRM and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, and related tools).
- Assist with data hygiene and organization: clean records, standardize fields, and ensure data flows correctly through the revenue lifecycle.
- Help build and refine dashboards and basic reports that track leads, customers, and pipeline performance, then share early insights with the team.
- Follow documentation and templates to implement processes for tracking campaigns, lead routing, and customer journeys, adjusting as clients and UTTR evolve.
- Support testing and troubleshooting of new features, integrations, or automations to make sure everything works smoothly and reliably.
- Gradually participate in client‑facing activities: join calls, take notes, and help translate client needs into simple process or technical asks.
- Stay curious and proactive about new RevOps tools and best practices, particularly around AI, sharing ideas on how UTTR can improve internally and for clients.
Who You Are
- Eager to learn revenue operations, even if you don’t have formal RevOps experience yet.
- Teachable and analytical: you enjoy digging into data, asking questions, and improving processes over time.
- Tech‑savvy and ahead of the curve: comfortable exploring new software, reading documentation, and experimenting with tools.
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail: you can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to fix small but important details.
- A strong communicator who can write clearly, explain ideas simply, and collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment and managing your own time.
- Bonus if you have:
- Experience with CRM or marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.), even in a non‑RevOps role.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, basic formulas, or any kind of analytics (Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, etc.).
