The Opportunity
We are seeking a Principal, Primax Revenue Operations \& Automation is responsible for designing, scaling, and leading an integrated revenue operations function that drives predictable growth, operational efficiency, and speed to value across Primax and Velera partner organizations. This role aligns sales, marketing, onboarding, pricing, and revenue delivery into a unified, data\-driven operating model, leveraging automation and AI to improve execution, eliminate friction, and accelerate revenue realization. The VP will serve as a critical partner to Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistent performance, scalable processes, and measurable business outcomes.
Day in the Life
- Lead and scale the end\-to\-end revenue operations function, including pricing, Salesforce development, onboarding, and revenue delivery teams.
- Define and continuously optimize revenue processes from lead generation through revenue realization to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Establish and govern sales operating rhythms, forecasting processes, and performance reporting to improve execution and predictability.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to drive operational discipline, pipeline visibility, and improved revenue outcomes.
- Design, document, and standardize revenue processes across the full technology and operating ecosystem.
- Lead automation initiatives that integrate pricing, contracts, onboarding, billing, and revenue recognition workflows.
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics to enhance pipeline management, onboarding efficiency, and performance insights.
- Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities that reduce friction and accelerate time to revenue.
- Own the alignment and execution of core go\-to\-market processes, ensuring clear handoffs and accountability across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
- Build and maintain scalable onboarding and enablement programs to drive sales productivity and early success.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and training materials to support consistent execution.
- Ensure strong adoption of tools, processes, and methodologies across the revenue organization.
- Partner closely with Marketing to align demand generation strategies with revenue goals.
- Establish clear SLAs, conversion expectations, and handoff processes between marketing and sales.
- Evaluate funnel performance, lead quality, and campaign ROI to optimize demand generation effectiveness.
- Own revenue operations analytics, including funnel performance, conversion rates, sales cycle time, and revenue attainment.
- Deliver actionable insights and reporting to executive leadership to support data\-driven decision making.
- Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of moving opportunities from sale to revenue realization.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics within payments, financial services, and fintech.
- Support articulation of Primax’s value proposition and differentiation in the market.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to inform positioning and support new product launches.
Qualifications
- 15\+ years of progressive experience in sales, revenue operations, or go\-to\-market leadership within payments, financial services, or fintech.
- 8\+ years of experience leading and scaling cross\-functional, matrixed teams in a complex organization.
- Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, including debit networks, interchange economics, and processing models.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience supporting or leading complex B2B sales cycles and engaging with financial institution clients at the executive level.
- Position may require 51% or greater travel per year. Candidates must meet MVR requirements.
Education
- Bachelors degree or equal industry experience required.

Pay Equity
$126,600\.00 \- $164,600\.00 Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job\-related factors permitted by law.
