Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Revenue Operations \& Marketing Analyst to drive strategic insights and optimize revenue growth. In this role, you will leverage data analysis, business intelligence tools, and process improvement methodologies to support sales, marketing, and revenue teams. Your expertise will enable data\-driven decision\-making, enhance forecasting accuracy, and streamline operational workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence key business outcomes through innovative analytics and project management.
Duties
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools to monitor revenue performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and data analysis skills to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights through business analysis.
- Manage data quality and integrity within Salesforce and other CRM platforms to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Support forecasting processes by analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales pipeline information to improve accuracy.
- Lead projects aimed at optimizing operational workflows, enhancing business intelligence capabilities, and implementing process improvements.
- Utilize Visio for process mapping to visualize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements for efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Salesforce, and Visio for data visualization, reporting, and process mapping.
- Strong data analysis skills combined with business analysis expertise to interpret complex datasets effectively.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and techniques focused on business intelligence and revenue optimization.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross\-functional initiatives successfully.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, forecasting methods, and revenue operations best practices.
