Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our sales functions across diverse markets. Responsibilities

  • Ensure implemention of proven sales strategies aligned with company goals to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high\-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and achievement.
  • Oversee outside sales activities, ensuring effective prospecting, across pet partner B2B channels.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to craft targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Utilize platforms such as Salesforce to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and identify opportunities for business development.
  • Manage technical sales processes by coordinating with product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize operational efficiencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes, leveraging technology tools for automation and scalability.

Experience

  • Proven experience in managing multi\-location B2C sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated management skills leading diverse sales teams.
  • Strong background in business development, account management, and customer service excellence.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for data analysis and pipeline management.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to driving sales growth in competitive markets.
