Marketing Operations Coordinator

Role Overview
Wishare Media Group is looking for a highly organized, detail\-oriented, and execution\-driven Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our day\-to\-day marketing operations across content, paid ads, social media, and influencer projects.
This role is focused on project coordination, task tracking, internal communication, timeline management, and deliverable follow\-through. The ideal candidate is someone who can keep multiple marketing projects organized, communicate clearly across teams, follow up proactively, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a strategy\-only or analytics\-focused role. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys marketing operations, project coordination, execution management, and cross\-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Support daily marketing operations across content, paid ads, social media, and influencer projects
- Break down project plans into clear tasks, timelines, and action items
- Manage and update project tasks through Trello, task systems, or similar tools
- Keep project information, links, files, and deliverables organized and easy to access
Team Alignment
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, media buying, content, strategy, and influencer marketing
- Ensure team members are clear on priorities, deadlines, responsibilities, and next steps
- Follow up with team members proactively to keep projects moving
- Help reduce miscommunication by keeping project details organized and updated
Timeline \& Execution Control
- Track project progress on a daily basis
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and pending items
- Identify delays or missing information early and escalate when needed
- Push tasks forward in a fast\-paced marketing environment
Communication \& Reporting
- Prepare weekly project updates and internal status reports
- Organize project materials, feedback, client updates, and deliverables
- Support client communication by preparing clear information, files, and summaries for the team
- Communicate in a clear, concise, and responsive manner
Quality \& Delivery
- Double\-check deliverables before they are sent out, including content, creative assets, reports, and project materials
- Ensure deliverables match project requirements, client feedback, and internal expectations
- Help maintain consistency and quality across marketing outputs
Resource \& Task Management
- Help coordinate resources such as shoot days, editing timelines, content production, and influencer deliverables
- Keep shared folders, files, links, briefs, and project assets organized and up to date
- Support the team in managing multiple ongoing projects at the same time
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, account coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast\-paced environment
- Familiar with tools such as Trello, Slack, Google Drive, or similar project management and communication tools
- Strong communication skills: clear, concise, responsive, and professional
- Detail\-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Able to follow up proactively and keep tasks moving without constant reminders
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, including content, paid ads, social media, or influencer marketing
- Strong interest in marketing operations, project coordination, and execution management rather than a purely strategy\-focused or analytics\-focused role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Chinese language ability is preferred
- Must be able to commute to El Monte, CA 91731
