Senior Vice President \- Sales Operations \& GTM
We are seeking a strategic and execution\-focused Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales Operations \& Go\-To\-Market (GTM) to lead the design, execution, and optimization of our commercial strategy within the healthcare industry. This executive will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and market expansion across complex healthcare ecosystems.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in healthcare (e.g., providers, payers, life sciences, health tech), combined with a proven track record of building scalable GTM engines and high\-performing sales operations functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end\-to\-end GTM strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives across healthcare segments (providers, payers, pharma, digital health).
- Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and expansion strategies, including new geographies, verticals, and partnerships.
- Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure a unified and effective customer journey.
- Build, scale, and lead a world\-class Sales Operations function, including forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and pipeline management.
- Establish and operationalize data\-driven decision\-making frameworks to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and performance.
- Own and optimize CRM strategy, sales technology stack, and enablement tools to support a modern, scalable sales organization.
- Oversee accurate revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and performance analytics, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Partner with Finance on revenue planning, budgeting, and long\-range strategic planning.
- Design, standardize, and optimize end\-to\-end sales processes, including lead\-to\-close, renewals, and expansion motions.
- Lead sales enablement initiatives, including onboarding, training, and development of playbooks and best practices.
- Ensure GTM strategies reflect healthcare\-specific dynamics, including regulatory requirements, reimbursement models, and complex buying processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders.
- Lead evaluation and implementation of sales technologies, leveraging data and analytics to generate actionable insights.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a high\-performance, accountability\-driven culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and Board on GTM strategy, performance, and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 7\+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM leadership roles, with significant executive\-level responsibility.
- Deep expertise in the healthcare industry, including familiarity with providers, payers, life sciences, or health technology sectors.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue operations and driving growth in complex, high\-growth, or enterprise environments.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution and attention to detail.
- Advanced analytical skills with a data\-driven approach to decision\-making and performance management.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading organizational change, transformation, and process optimization initiatives.
- Ability to navigate complex healthcare market dynamics, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
