- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in a business, finance, or a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- 2 years of experience in people management.
- Experience with strategic and operational projects, cross\-functional stakeholder management and project management, including the ability to work autonomously and keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and be collaborative.
About the job
As the Executive Office Lead for YouTube’s Go\-to\-Market Operations team, you will work closely with the leadership team to help the business grow and operate effectively, ensuring our teams are executing against YouTube’s most critical priorities and driving accuracy around our ongoing scaled operations. You will be a primary thought partner for our leadership team, build and develop a high\-performing team, transform programs that enable prioritization and transparency across the organization, oversee the business that enables our teams to succeed, and land complex strategic initiatives in connection with YouTube’s top priorities.
Your leadership and management skills, understanding of the team’s work, and ability to quickly analyze a challenge with structured thinking and a sharp sense for process will help propel strategic priorities across the team. You will adapt your approach to reconcile with changing priorities, directions, and guidance (and proactively foster this capability among your team members). You will work cross\-functionally and unblocking obstacles in a results\-driven environment, have a proven track record of managing priorities, and want to be part of an innovative global team forging new ground in the world of technology and entertainment.

The US base salary range for this full\-time position is $186,000\-$270,000 \+ bonus \+ equity \+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job\-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary thought partner and the strategic and operational lead for the VP of Go\-to\-Market Operations and his leadership team.
- Manage and develop a high\-performing team in order to build and scale a robust executive office function and business activities.
- Oversee the transformation and execution of key programs (e.g., business planning, OKRs, product/program roadmaps) aimed at driving leadership alignment on priorities and provide transparency across the organization.
- Lead critical strategic and operational projects based on emergent business needs. Participate in early discussions on behalf of the business (including with cross\-functional teams) to scope new projects.
- Build relationships and partner with cross\-functional teams, including Partnerships, Product Operations, Finance, Communications, and Legal. Use organizational knowledge to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence the business and drive change accordingly.
