What You Can Expect
The Business Systems Associate Director – Commercial Enablement \& Marketing Technology is responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and optimization of systems and programs that power the front end of the commercial funnel, including lead generation, digital marketing, sales enablement, content management, and sales training capabilities
This role partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations to ensure that commercial systems and processes translate into measurable pipeline generation, improved sales productivity, and enhanced field execution.
The role is accountable for both technology delivery and business outcomes, with a strong focus on adoption, effectiveness, and continuous optimization of commercial capabilities. This includes leading strategic initiatives such as the Sales Enablement platform consolidation.
How You'll Create Impact
Commercial Funnel Systems Ownership
- Supporting the front\-end commercial funnel
- Ensure seamless lead\-to\-opportunity flow, including data integrity, routing, and visibility
- Partner with Sales Operations to drive lead adoption, follow\-up, and conversion
Marketing \& Digital Campaign Enablement
- Partner with Marketing and Digital teams to operationalize multi\-channel campaigns and demand generation programs
- Enable capabilities for: Segmentation and targeting, Campaign execution and tracking, Lead scoring and qualification
Sales Enablement Platform Ownership
- Lead the Sales Enablement transformation program
- Partner with Sales Enablement, and Marketing
- Drive adoption and value realization
Content Management \& Commercial Content Strategy
- Own IT systems and processes supporting commercial content management and distribution
- Establish governance
Sales Training \& Education Enablement
- Partner with Sales Enablement teams to deliver systems
- Enable measurement of: Training completion and engagement, Time to productivity for new hires, Correlation of training to field performance
Commercial Program Execution \& Orchestration
- Support and operationalize key commercial initiatives, including: Product launches, Campaign\-driven growth programs, Territory and go\-to\-market activation efforts
- Act as the bridge between business strategy and system execution, ensuring alignment
Data, Insights \& Funnel Visibility
- Deliver actionable insights across the commercial funnel
- Partner with Data \& Analytics teams
- Provide signals for action, not just reporting, to enable business decision\-making
Delivery Leadership \& Continuous Improvement
- Lead a team responsible for the delivery, support, and enhancement of commercial applications
- Manage backlog and prioritization aligned to business value and commercial impact
- Ensure high system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Drive continuous improvement
Stakeholder Engagement \& Governance
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders across: Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations
- Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Global IT teams
Financial \& Resource Management
- Manage project budgets related to commercial systems and initiatives
- Oversee internal and external resources supporting delivery and operations
- Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize business impact

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree with 6\+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5\+ years of experience in IT, Business Systems, or Commercial Applications roles
- Proven experience supporting Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations functions
- Experience leading enterprise platform implementations or transformations (e.g., CRM, enablement platforms, marketing technologies)
- Experience managing cross\-functional teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, digital marketing, and sales workflows
Travel Expectations
- Up to 15%
Expected Compensation \- $160,000\-$200,000 base salary.
