The Mission: The Marketing Engine \& Platform Integrator

You will serve as the technical engine sitting directly between our CMO (Strategy) and our COO (Operations). While the CMO focuses on high\-level growth and brand strategy, you are the General Contractor of media distribution and marketing operations. You will manage the complex tactical workflows of:

  • Zinzow Law: Pushing out high\-stakes marketing blasts for our CEO's upcoming teaching events, handling distribution logistics for our company magazine, and maintaining absolute precision within our current manual CRM database.
  • ZinDocs: Driving the digital deployment, Google Ads management, podcast syndication, and multi\-platform content distribution to fuel user adoption for our documentation software.

This is a role for a process\-driven specialist who respects databases but lives for perfect implementation. You aren't just uploading files; you are managing the operational momentum of two growing companies.

The Non\-Negotiables: Your Tactical Arsenal

We are looking for a sharp, high\-IQ "Doer" who executes with military\-grade precision.

  • Technical over Creative: You lean heavily toward platform mastery, zero\-error execution, checklists, and data handling over conceptual writing or artistic design.
  • Google Ads Proficiency: Proven, hands\-on experience navigating Google Ads Manager, managing budgets, and optimizing keyword campaigns to drive traffic.
  • Hyper\-Detail Oriented: An obsession with link\-checking, proofreading, and quality\-assuring marketing assets before they go live to our network.
  • Data Discipline: Meticulous attention to detail regarding CRM records, manual data entry, formatting, and building standard operating procedures for future software integrations.
  • Multi\-Media Asset Slicing: Ability to take long\-form content (articles, podcasts, videos) and cleanly "chop them up" into bite\-sized social posts and captioned short\-form video clips using basic editing software.
  • Dual\-Company Execution: You can pivot instantly between the high\-touch, error\-free requirements of an elite law firm and the rapid\-fire scalability of a tech\-forward platform (ZinDocs).
  • The Vault: You handle sensitive company intelligence and database contact lists with absolute discretion. You are loyal, focused, and immune to office politics.

Core Responsibilities

  • High\-Stakes Event Deployment: Execute error\-free email and SMS marketing blasts via Constant Contact for the CEO's high\-profile teaching events. Test every single link and tracking tag beforehand.
  • Multi\-Platform Distribution: Manage the end\-to\-end technical syndication of the company magazine and podcast across website platforms, LinkedIn, and corporate social channels.
  • Paid Traffic Management: Launch, track, and report on Google Ads campaigns to drive event registrations and product trials, updating the CMO daily.
  • Content Splintering: Repurpose flagship content into concise LinkedIn text posts and short\-form video clips to maximize brand presence.
  • CRM Database Management: Personally maintain, clean, and format the firm’s manual database contact records, paving a clean path for future CRM software integration.
  • Operational Alignment: Work under the structural oversight of the COO to ensure marketing production timelines mesh flawlessly with company resources.
