About This Role
About Zuryc
Established in 2018, Zuryc is a Managed Services Provider and value\-added reseller specializing in cyber security across various sectors — including Financial, Healthcare, Government, Education, Non\-Profits, and SMB. Our mission is to empower organizations to excel in their core business by delivering an all\-encompassing IT solution, and a high level of service and support.
Position Summary
Zuryc is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own and improve the operational workflows behind our sales, procurement, vendor management, order processing, invoicing, and billing functions. This hands\-on role combines daily execution with building scalable, documented processes across the full quote\-to\-cash lifecycle — including quoting, purchasing, order fulfillment, invoicing, billing accuracy, CRM/PSA data management, and clean handoffs to the service delivery team for implementation.
Beyond transactional work, this person will identify inefficiencies, document SOPs, lead approved improvements, and build the foundation for future growth, including training and overseeing support staff as volume increases.
The ideal candidate brings multi\-system experience, understands quote\-to\-cash workflows, and can bring structure and consistency to a growing organization without losing sight of daily details.
