About This Role

A hands\-on RevOps operator, 4–7 years in, who lives in HubSpot the way an engineer lives in their IDE — currently the only RevOps person at an early\-stage B2B SaaS company, who builds systems instead of just maintaining them, and has a list of 10 things they'd fix if they had time. To find a specific kind of builder who happens to work in HubSpot.

HubSpot is current and deep — must have used HubSpot in their most recent role for at least 2 years. Not Salesforce with "can learn HubSpot." Not HubSpot 3 jobs ago. This is a co\-founder hard filter — non\-negotiable. 4\+ years in RevOps, MarketingOps, or SalesOps at a B2B SaaS company — startup or scale\-up. Not enterprise. Not a big\-company ops analyst inside a team of 10\. Owned the GTM tech stack — not just used it. Has personally managed integrations, diagnosed sync failures, evaluated tools, and built automation end\-to\-end. Builder mindset — has been the first or only RevOps person at some point. Defines processes before there's a template. Proactively surfaces problems.

Pay: $150,000\.00 \- $180,000\.00 per year
