Job Description: Operations Coordinator / Business AnalystCore Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Process purchase orders efficiently using SAP and Microsoft Access.
• Production Tracking: Monitor wafer movement, schedule starts, and manage the transition of engineering products to production status.
• Client Relations: Provide high\-level customer service to support and expand existing client relationships.
• Cross\-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between local teams and the South Korean headquarters.
• Analysis \& Reporting: Analyze workflows, manage monthly revenue forecasts, and track data trends.
• Project Management: Ensure timely and accurate execution of all assigned projects.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
• Languages: Fluency in English is a must. Korean is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access). Experience with SAP is a significant plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the semiconductor industry is preferred.
